Contact Hour Packets for "On Our Own Terms"

Available for contact hours for nurses, home health aides and volunteers is Bill Moyers' upcoming series "On Our Own Terms."

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROVIDING CONTACT HOURS
In order for the series to qualify for contact hours, the viewing must be sponsored by an organization. This organization must designate a facilitator to administer the tests and sign off on the certificates. There is no permission required to tape the series and show it to others. The series can be shown and reproduced from video taped copies for a year after the original airdate.

The contact hours packet available here contains study materials, certificates of attendance, post tests and answers to post test questions.
