John Diehl
John Diehl is a partner in the law firm of Larkin, Hoffman, Daly and
Lindgren. He received his undergraduate degree and JD from the University
of Iowa. He has had extensive practice experience in health law including
representation of hospitals, nursing homes, physicians and delivery
systems. He is the chair of the Minnesota Bar Association Health Law
Section and of the Board of Directors of Gillette Children’s Specialty
Healthcare. In addition he serves on the Boards of the Minnesota Hospital
and Healthcare Partnership, Minnesota Workers Compensation Insurer
Association, the Grotto Foundation and Model Cities. His is a faculty
member at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, Independent
Study Program and William Mitchell College of Law. In thirty-one years of
practice, he has presented over eighty lectures, papers and articles on
legal and related topics.
