Dianne Bartels
Dianne Bartels is Associate Director of the Center for Bioethics at the
University of Minnesota. She graduated from St. Mary’s School of Nursing
in Minneapolis and Marycrest College in Iowa. She has a master’s degree
from the University of Washington and has done post-graduate work in
biomedical ethics at the Kennedy Institute for Ethics, Georgetown
University. She has extensive experience in nursing and biomedical ethics.
Her most recent publications include articles on genetic counseling
published in the American Journal of Medical Genetics, and the American
Journal of Medical Genetics.
